WebFaction Hosting Is Awesome
I started using webfaction.com 3 months ago for my Django website hosting. I’ve deployed 3 sites to their servers in that time. Getting my first site up was a challenge because I didn’t have much experience setting up Django for Apache. Luckily WebFaction set up a forum that proved indispensible. Since then I have set up a new website in 10 minutes.
I was deploying sites so quick I used up their Tier 1 domain limit (3 sites) pretty quickly. I sent them an ticket via their customer control panel and within 12 hours I received a reply:
> I need to add a few more domain names to my account. I've hit the
> limit of 3. Can I add 3 more domains/websites to my account? Who
> do I contact and what is the price?
I've added 5 apps/domains/sites for free to your account so that should help.
Normally you would have to upgrade. The procedure to upgrade is to just ask for an upgrade in a ticket.

Remi.
Talk about customer service, I like that they keep things human, my sites aren’t sapping their bandwith (yet) and so they gave me a good deal for what costs them nothing. In return I will expand my sites, bring in new customers, contribute to the forums, and eventually pay big dollars without complaint. I strongly recommend these guys for Django and/or Ruby on Rails, they support both.
Thanks WebFaction
